What to do with a bonus day? Have a five-course dinner ($40, wine/beer not included) at Hummingbird catered by Dancing Cats. Reservations can be made by emailing wine@hummingbirdestate.com. The first course is Dungeness Crab & Shrimp Cake. Second course is Roasted Squash & Pear Soup. Third course is Italian Sausage Gnudi. Fourth course is Stuffed Pork Chop with Roasted Apple & Goat Cheese. And if you have any room left, dessert is Bananas Foster.
