Accommodations

Our estate consists of 5 spacious suites for you or your guests to choose from. Each suite is unique in its design, decor, and layout.

 

Frequently asked questions

How many guests can you accommodate?
We have packages ranging from 25 guests to 200.
Do you provide inside catering / can I bring my own caterer?
We do not provide catering. You are more than welcome to bring an outside caterer.
What other events are going on at the venue on the same day?
The tasting room stays open, but we don't host any other concerts or large events on your wedding day. We do have options to close the tasting room and rent out the estate.
What time do I have to have my guests gone and music turned off?
Music needs to be off by 9:30 and premises vacated by 10:00pm.
Do you offer on-site parking?
Yes, we have plenty of parking.
Are you able to have a rehearsal ceremony at the venue?
Two hours for ceremony rehearsal the night prior is included in the package.
Is hard alcohol permitted?
Under our OLCC licensing Hummingbird may serve beer, wine, cider & champagne. We can offer hard alcohol but it requires bringing in a third-party vendor and an additional fee.
How can I reserve my date?
Fifty percent of your estimated cost is due when the contract is signed. The remainder is payable no later than 30 days prior to the event.
