Bread & Cheese Night

Join us Fridays for homemade bread and jam from our friends and neighbors Not So Mini Farm and Lane Creek Reserve, with rotating cheeses from The Oregon Cheese Cave. Since the bread is homemade and baked that day, quantities are limited and are available while supplies last.

Club Members! Get your outfits and fascinators ready, as Hummingbird is having its first annual Derby Day party, from 1-5pm on Saturday, May 4th. We'll have lawn games (croquet, badminton, pickleball, cornhole), a photo area, wine juleps, and a few more TVs than usual, so that when 3:57 rolls around, you can cheer for your favorite horse. Plus there will be prizes for 1) best hat 2) best sock/shoe combination 3) best overall outfit (female) 4) best overall outfit (male) and 5) best nod to what other important day it is (hint: May the Fourth be with you).
Tickets ($50) include bbq parfait lunch from Off the Bone BBQ with derby pie bars by Mr. Dish Catering, a glass of wine julep or other drink of your choice, commemorative button, and a commemorative photo. Members are welcome to bring guests, but there are limited tickets (100) available. Email wine@hummingbirdestate.com to reserve your spots.

Wine Club Members! Mark your calenders for May 9th, our 'Second Thursday' Sip N' Soup. The soup, brought to you by Mr. Dish, will be a minestrone, served with cheesy garlic bread. Dessert will be tiramisu. RSVP to wine@hummingbirdestate.com. Seating is limited, but club members are welcome to bring guests. Tickets are $17.
Socializing and hors d'oeuvres begin at 5:30, and soup will be served at 6. We are recruiting for club member hosts for the season, so if you would like to welcome people, bring the trivia, and have wine on the house, let us know.

Wine Club Members! Our second-Thursday club event in July is a field trip to watch the Medford Rogues college wooden-bat summer baseball league at Harry & David Field, near Lithia Park. As the wine sponsor of the Medford Rogues, Hummingbird is taking over their corporate patio. So let's pack the place by bringing as many friends as you can! Email wine@hummingbirdestate.com so we can add your name and number of guests to the RSVP list. Gates open at 6, first pitch at 6:35.
Don't care for baseball? No worries. All you have to like is sitting outside on a beautiful evening, sipping a can of Hummingbird wine or one of their many great beverage options while cheering on the home team.
