To celebrate harvest, Hummingbird is partnering with Dancing Cats Catering to host a five course vintner's dinner Thursday, September 28th at 6pm on our terrace, featuring Hummingbird's five award-winning wines from the 2023 Oregon Wine Experience. First Course: Klamath River Wild Salmon with Pesto Goat Cheese Bruschetta / 2022 White Pinot Noir
Second Course: Tuscan White Bean Soup / 2022 Rose of Pinot Noir
Third Course: Asian Ratatouille / 2020 Grenache
Fourth Course: Beef Wellington with Rosemary Mushroom Risotto / 2020 Malbec
Fifth Course: Chocolate Blueberry Cheesecake / 2021 Debenger Loam
