We invite you to Hummingbird's new Thursday winter tradition, Sip 'n Supper. Nothing is cozier than enjoying food and wine by the fireplace, especially when that fireplace is in Hummingbird Estate's historic Great Room. On February 16th, Rogue Renaissance Catering will serve beets, blue cheese, and Oregon hazelnuts, followed by a main course of parpadella pasta with beef bolognese. $25/person. Reservations required.
