We invite you to Hummingbird's new Thursday winter tradition, Sip 'n Supper. Nothing is cozier than enjoying food and wine by the fireplace, especially when that fireplace is in Hummingbird Estate's historic Great Room. On February 9th, Rogue Renaissance Catering will serve butternut squash soup, followed by crispy chicken thighs with carrots and mashed potatoes. $25/person. Reservations required. The first course will be served at 6. but you're encouraged to arrive early and enjoy our recommended wine pairing or a glass of 80 Beats beer.
