Members-Only Sip 'n Soup

Club members, join us for our monthly first-Thursday members-only (and guests) Sip 'n Soup on Thursday, February 2nd. Our featured soup will be clam chowder, made by DAM Good Soups. Join us between 5:30 and 6 for appetizers and mingling. Soup will be served at 6:15, along with a sample of our recommended pairing, (TBD by wine specialist Javan Gail). Right now the plan is lemon bars for dessert. Email wine@hummingbirdestate.com or call 541-930-2650 to reserve your spot (limit 30 - $15/person). Seating will be inside, family-style.
